Throughout these terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Never Never Safari Tours.
"You" refers to the person making the booking and all guests included.

Bookings
- Your booking is confirmed once payment is received and confirmation is sent
- If booking for others, you accept responsibility for all guests
- We may decline bookings (full refund provided if so)
Payments
- Deposit or full payment required at booking
- Balance due 14 days before tour
- Bookings within 14 days require full payment
Failure to pay may result in cancellation.
What's Included
- Transport during the tour
- Meals and snacks (as per tour type)
- Drinking water
- Guided experience
Overnight tours also include: camping gear and meals.
What's Not Included
- Flights or travel to/from Kakadu
- Travel insurance
- Kakadu National Park Pass
- Personal items and extra food/drinks
- Medical or personal expenses
Tour Changes (Wet Season Flex)
Kakadu conditions can change quickly.
We may change or cancel tours due to:
- Weather or flooding
- Road access issues
- Park closures
- Cultural or land management requirements
👉 If this happens, you will be offered:
- An alternative tour, or
- A full refund
Guest Responsibilities
Guests must:
- Arrive on time
- Follow guide instructions
- Be reasonably fit for walking and outdoor conditions
- Bring suitable clothing, water, and gear
- Hold a valid Kakadu National Park Pass
Behaviour
We may remove any guest who:
- Acts unsafely
- Disrupts others
- Does not follow instructions
No refund will be provided in these cases.
Health & Safety
- Tours involve uneven terrain, heat, and outdoor conditions
- Swimming is at your own risk
- Guests must advise of any medical conditions
Cancellations & Refunds
Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Third-Party Bookings
If booked through an agent:
- Their fees and conditions may apply
- You are responsible for understanding them
Liability
We take all reasonable care but are not responsible for:
- Events outside our control (weather, closures, delays)
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Risks inherent in outdoor tours
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover:
- Cancellations
- Medical expenses
- Personal belongings
Complaints
Please raise any issues with your guide during the tour.
If unresolved, contact us after your tour in writing.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Northern Territory, Australia.
